Labor Day Weekend: 5% Off Plumbing Services Across Oregon and Washington

Einstein Pros is taking 5% off all plumbing services for Labor Day weekend, for homeowners across Central Oregon, the Portland metro area and Washington. That includes drain cleaning, water heater repair and replacement, leak detection, sewer line work, pipe repair and repiping — all with upfront flat-rate pricing quoted before any work begins.

If something in your house has been slow, dripping, gurgling or making noise for weeks, this is a good weekend to deal with it.

What the 5% Labor Day discount applies to

The discount covers plumbing services. Mention it when you call or request service online. The most common jobs homeowners book:

  • Water heater repair and replacement — traditional and tankless, including new tankless water heater installation
  • Drain cleaning and hydro jetting — for slow tubs, backed-up kitchen lines and recurring clogs
  • Sewer line services — camera inspections, trenchless repair options and full sewer line replacement
  • Leak detection and pipe repair — hidden water leaks, failing supply lines, whole-home repiping
  • Fixtures and everyday repairs — toilet repair and installation, faucet replacement, garbage disposal repair
  • Gas line installation and repair
  • Water quality and pressure — water filtration systems, water pressure regulation, sump pumps, backflow prevention
  • Emergency plumbing repairs

Heating and cooling is a separate story: HVAC service is available exclusively in Central Oregon. In Portland and Washington, we provide plumbing services only.

Not sure you have a problem yet? Here's what to look for

Most plumbing emergencies give you warning first. Homeowners usually notice one of these before anything fails outright.

Your water heater is telling on itself

Lukewarm showers, water that runs hot then quickly cools, rumbling or popping from the tank, rusty-colored hot water, or moisture pooling near the base. Any of these mean the unit needs a look. Repair is often the right call — but if the tank is old, replacement or a switch to tankless may make more sense.

One drain is slow — or every drain is slow

A single slow drain is usually a local clog. Multiple slow drains, gurgling toilets, or water backing up in a tub when you run the washing machine point further down the line, toward the main sewer. That's the difference between a routine drain cleaning and a sewer camera inspection.

Your water bill went up and nothing changed

Hidden leaks run behind walls, under slabs and through crawl spaces. Warning signs include a running water meter with every fixture off, damp spots or staining on walls and ceilings, a musty smell, or unexplained warm areas on the floor. Leak detection finds it without tearing your house apart guessing.

Pressure that dropped, or pipes that bang

Weak flow at multiple fixtures, banging pipes when a faucet shuts off, or discolored water can signal pressure problems or aging pipes. In older homes, that conversation sometimes leads to repiping — and it's far cheaper to plan than to react to a burst line.

Sewer smells or a soggy patch in the yard

Sewage odor indoors or out, unusually green grass over the sewer line, or a wet low spot in the lawn are classic signs of a failing sewer line. Trenchless repair options can often avoid digging up the whole yard.

Common questions

How fast can someone get to my house?

Same-day or next-day service is available in many cases, depending on availability and urgency. Online service requests are answered quickly — often within minutes during business hours.

How does your pricing work?

Flat-rate and upfront. You get the price before work begins, not a running clock and a surprise at the end. The 5% Labor Day discount comes off plumbing services — bring it up when you book.

Do you do heating and cooling in Portland or Washington?

No. Furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioning, boilers, ductless mini-splits and seasonal HVAC maintenance are available only in Central Oregon — Bend, Redmond, Sisters, Sunriver, La Pine, Prineville and Madras. In Portland and Washington, we handle plumbing.

Should I repair or replace my water heater?

That depends on the age of the unit, the failure and what the repair costs. A technician will inspect it and give you both options with flat-rate pricing, so you can compare a repair against a new traditional or tankless installation before deciding.

I own a vacation or rental property. Can you help?

Yes. We work with property managers and vacation-home owners, including preventative plumbing for rental homes in Sunriver and customizable HVAC maintenance plans for Sunriver vacation homes.
